State of Power
The State of Power is a competing event between states. Also known as State Vs. State or SvS.
Event Phases
Matchmaking Phase
During the Matchmaking phase you'll be able to check detailed in-game rules, opposing state information, start time (countdown) and reward details.
Preparation Phase
In this phase you need to complete sub-phase milestones to win points for your State. The state with the higher total points at the end of this phase will gain State Bonus. The Cross-State Castle battle will be held within the State with lower points.

Battle Phase
- The State with higher points in the Preparation Phase will attack the Sunfire Castle of the opponent. The Sunfire Castle of the attacker will be protected and can not be attacked.
- In the Battle Phase, Chiefs from both sides may enter the opposing State to battle with the opposing Chief. Provided that the difference in Furnace Level of both sides is not greater than 3, you will gain points for enemy troops eliminated or own troops injured. When rallying, the Furnace Level of the Rally Captain will be considered. When there are reinforcements on the battlefield, then the Furnace Level of the assisted will be considered.
3. If the attacker wins, the leader of the Alliance that occupies the Sunfire Castle may appoint themselves or an ally as the Supreme President for the two States. The presidency of the loser for that round will be vacant. 4. Participate in the battle for Sunfire Castle and turrets in the event to obtain more points.
Field Triage Phase
Field Triage Phase has these rules:
- Troops lost in the Battle Phase can be revived, with the base revival rate of 30%, raise to 90% maximum through the methods below.
- Purchase and use Revival Potion with gems to increase the revival rate by 1%, up to 10%.
- Each chief gets 20 Rebirth Tome that can be used to increase the revival rate by 1% each for Alliance members that has requested for Revival Assistance. Each Chief can be assisted by allies for up to 50 times.
- The number of troops to be revived is based on the losses stated in the battle report of the Battle Phase (excluding troops in the Enlistment Office).
Rules
Among the phase rules, there is also another rules:
- When Battle Phase begins, the position perks of both sides will be cleared.
- The state first to achieve 3 hours of continuous occupation of the Sunfire Castle will win. If none of the states could achieve it, then the state with the alliance with the longest occupation when the Battle Phase ends wins.
- If the Attacker wins, the alliance with the longest Sunfire Castle occupation of the winning state can appoint the Supreme President that rules both states. Supreme President will be in charge of the appointment and reward issuance of both states.
- If the defender wins, the two alliances with the longest occupation of the Sunfire Castle from each state can appoint the President of their own state.
- You may teleport to any alliances' territory in an opposing state with Cross-State Teleport.
- Both sides are unable to attack the Alliance Buildings of the opposing side.
- If the turrets and Sunfire Castle are controlled by the Alliances from the same State, then the turrets will not attack the Sunfire Castle.
Note: Alliance rewards will not be distributed to members who leave before the tally phase.
