Heroes

Heroes are unique commanders in Whiteout Survival, each possessing specialized skills and attributes that help players navigate the harsh, frozen post-apocalyptic world. Heroes are divided into various classes such as Infantry, Marksman, and Lancer, with each playing a critical role in exploration, resource gathering, and combat against both the environment and other players. Players can recruit and upgrade these heroes to strengthen their shelters and armies, using their abilities strategically to advance in both PvE and PvP modes. As the game evolves, new heroes are introduced in different generations, providing fresh strategies and combinations for players to master as they fight for survival in the icy wastelands.

Types

There are two hero types:

• Combat
• Exploration

Combat

Combat-type heroes excel in all combat-related activities, including defeating enemies in the wilderness, attacking other cities, and participating in alliance wars. They often have skills that increase troop damage, defense, and marching speed, making them essential for PvP dominance and defense.

Exploration

Exploration-type heroes provide bonuses in PvE-related events, including hunting beasts, completing exploration challenges. They often increase resource gathering speed, healing efficiency, or exploration damage, making them valuable for overall city progression and material collection.

Classes

There are three hero classes:

• Infantry
• Marksman
• Lancer

Each class has unique strengths in combat:

• Infantry heroes lead front-line units with high defense and health.
• Marksman heroes specialize in dealing high ranged damage.
• Lancer heroes provide mobility and balanced offensive and defensive capabilities.

Infantry

Infantry heroes are responsible for tanking damage during battles. They often have skills that enhance troop defense and health, allowing them to absorb hits and protect other units during combat. They are vital for forming the front line during attacks and defenses.

Marksman

Marksman heroes specialize in dealing high damage from a distance. They typically have skills that boost critical hit rates, damage output, and armor penetration, making them crucial for eliminating enemies quickly in battles and PvE challenges.

Lancer

Lancer heroes provide mobility and versatility on the battlefield. They often have skills that increase marching speed, provide attack buffs, and inflict debuffs on enemies. Lancers are effective in both offensive operations and providing flexible support during alliance wars and expeditions.
